1. How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer Standard and Express shipping within the United States.

Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days (handling + transit)

Express Shipping: 5–9 business days (handling + transit)

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier’s official website or through our store tracking page.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order enters the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the product is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
